How do I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed, as our Warehouse Team begins processing right away.

To check the status of your order, simply log in to your Josie Maran account and select Order History to get the latest information or to view your tracking number.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Promo codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases can be redeemed only once per person. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses inside certain states within the United States and certain regions within Canada.
