How do I check the status of my order?

There are a few ways to check the status of your order:

Log in to your JOSIE MARAN account and select Order History to get the latest order information or to view your tracking number.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. If you are unable to locate the email in your inbox after 3 business days, please check you spam folder.
Visit our order tracking page and have your order number or tracking number handy.
