How do I check the status of my order?Updated 7 days ago

There are a few ways to check the status of your order:

  • Log in to your JOSIE MARAN account and select Order History to get the latest order information or to view your tracking number. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. If you are unable to locate the email in your inbox after 3 business days, please check you spam folder.
  • Visit our order tracking page and have your order number or tracking number handy.
