What if my product arrived damaged?Updated 17 days ago

If your package or product was damaged during shipment, notify us immediately at [email protected], or visit our return portal to submit a damage claim. You will need your order number handy, as well as a photo of the item(s) in question. Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.
