If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking around your delivery location, including porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or other secure areas. You may also want to check with neighbors or other members of your household.

In some cases, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be delivered.

If your package has still not arrived after 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a service request so they can investigate the delivery status.
