My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it.Updated 18 days ago

We're so sorry—there’s nothing worse than a no-show! Sometimes delivered packages can be tucked away to keep them safe. We'd recommend looking around your porch, bushes, side doors, and garage, as well as checking with your neighbors.

It's also possible the package may have been scanned prematurely. Please allow 24 hours, as the package may be delivered the next business day. 

If you still haven't received your package after 24 hours, we ask that you please contact the carrier directly to file a service request, so their team can investigate!
