How do I use my points to redeem rewards?Updated a year ago

You can redeem exclusive discounts and rewards once you have a balance of at least 100 points; make sure you are logged into your VIP account to view your account balance. Once logged in, there are two ways to redeem points:

1. On the Josie's VIP Club page, select the 'redeem' button below your desired reward and follow the simple instructions to copy the code at checkout.
2. In your checkout order summary, select the 'redeem' button above the discount code box. The points entered will default to the highest discount available in your account. You also have the option to enter a custom number of points that you wish to redeem, up to a limit of 500 points.

Please Note: Rewards cannot be combined with any other sitewide discount offers; only one discount can be applied to each order.
