How do I change the shipping address for my subscription orders?Updated 2 months ago
- If you have a JOSIE MARAN account, log in here and select 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top navigation.
- If you do not have a JOSIE MARAN account, you can get access to manage your subscriptions by entering your email here.
- Click 'Address & Payment Details' in the navigation menu.
- Select the address you wish to adjust, and click 'Update Shipping Address' to the confirm changes. Updating this shipping address will update all subscriptions associated with this address.
Please note: We are unable to change the shipping address on subscription orders once they begin processing.
