Can I cancel a subscription order that has already been placed?Updated 2 months ago

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted, as orders begin processing right away. Please follow these instructions to cancel future subscription orders: 

  • If you have a Josie Maran account, log in here and select 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top navigation.
  • If you do not have a Josie Maran account, you can get access to manage your subscriptions by entering your email here.
  • Click 'Edit' next to the subscription you wish to cancel. 
  • Select 'Cancel Subscription' on the bottom on the page.
